HI!!! Welcome to my page! You’re probably wondering who is this lady? A little bit about who I am and what I want to do for you:
I’m a stay-at-home-homeschool mom of 2 girls, a wife of a hard-working, godly man, living the FREEDOM life in Texas, who loves Jesus, people, and family. We go to church every week and do our best to teach our girls about the Lord. I’ve always been active in my life with dance in my younger years, Colorguard in junior high and high school, ballet in and after college, and now since having kids, I’ve taken up health and fitness.
I do my best to help set an example for my family when it comes to overall health and wellness, and since I stay at home with them, I’ve built my own home gym where I get to train, as well as train my local clients. My girls have also now started their own fitness routines each day.
For you mamas out there, I want you to feel encouraged… with all the fads out there, quick fixes, seems to be there is something new every single day. BUT, there is a way for you to get your body back, even after your 40s. Even though our bodies go through changes, it doesn’t mean the body we want is hopeless… we just have to work around our body changes and hormones, work with our body instead of against it. So I’ll be sharing tips to help you get your energy back, to burn that stubborn fat, and share nutritional tips to help you get that physique you’ve been dreaming of.
If you are just stuck on your journey to a healthier lifestyle, have no idea where to start, have the desire to turn your current yo-yo dieting into a healthy way of life, and need someone who you can trust to help guide you in this direction, my promise to you is to provide you with a maintainable lifestyle that your entire family can benefit from. Many women I’ve worked with have already created this lifestyle change for themselves and are now living their life without restriction, enjoying their favorite foods, and loving life with support and spiritual mentorship they’ve received. Being a mom of teens myself, I understand that life can get crazy, and finding the time to exercise may be limited. But I will tell you this: What worked 5-10 years ago for you may not work now, and in fact, you may need to just work LESS. I know, crazy sounding, right?
So let’s begin this journey NOW. Don’t start tomorrow, don’t start next week, start RIGHT NOW. It takes work, but if you’re willing to put in the work, be patient and trust the process, implement the tools I provide for you, the outcome will be so amazing, and you will be able to create that lifestyle change that you’ve always wanted for you and your family.
