I’ve been in the fitness industry for 12 years. What I’ve noticed is, people like having a buddy to workout with. It’s motivating. It’s encouraging. It helps each person get moving. With a buddy, you both push each other to do more.
Whether you prefer a face-to-face buddy or have that bestie across the nation, accountability is imperative. Let’s be real, none of us are really motivated to do the work. So that extra push is extremely helpful.
