As a mom of 2 young girls, it can be challenging in the kitchen. They can be pretty picky when it comes to food. I sometimes even find myself cooking 3 different meals! Of course they love the mac n cheese thing, so we’ve tried the boxed stuff (which of course is NOT good for your kids with that yellow #5 and such) so then we moved onto organic, which is better but doesn’t provide any healthy nutrients for them, it’s just a carb filler. One of my favorites has been the Mexican Chicken Tortilla Soup. It’s so easy to make, and the kids LOVE it! It is a family favorite, and you can make A LOT and save for the next day.
