Baked Chicken
There are so many great ways to season my baked chicken, but this one is by far my ultimate favorite, and it’s so easy. It doesn’t take that many ingredients either. Plus, your chicken cooks so fast!
Ingredients:
- 4 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp mustard powder
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepper
- 1 tsp sea salt
Directions:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl. Set aside.
- Lay chicken tenders in pan covered with foil.
- Sprinkle seasoning over chicken (or desired baked meat). In this case, we’re doing chicken.
- Place chicken in the oven and bake for 15 minutes. Check to make sure it is cooked thoroughly before serving. Mine usually takes only 15 minutes based on how big your tenders are.
- Top over salad or serve as an entree with a side of veggies.
