Broccoli Cauliflower Salad
A great way to get the fam to eat veggies, throw some bacon in it! For reals tho, this broccoli cauliflower salad is a family favorite. It’s an Amish dish which can easily help you to get 2 servings of veggies in at once sitting, it’s that good!
Ingredients:
- 2 heads of broccoli (chopped)
- 1 head cauliflower (chopped)
- 1/2 lb bacon (cooked)
- 1 cup shredded mexican cheese
- 1/2 cup avocado mayonaise
- 1/2 cup real sour cream
- 1/4 cup organic sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
Directions:
- Mix broccoli, cauliflower, bacon, and shredded cheese in a large bowl.
- In a small bowl, mix avocado mayonaise, sour cream, sugar, and salt until well combined.
- Pour mayonaise mixture over broccoli mixture and stir until well incorporated. Eat immediately or chill until ready to serve.
