Chocolate Protein Mousse
One thing that my clients always tell me is that they have a huge sweet tooth. If you’re a chocolaholic like me, when you have something that you can call healthy, AND have it act like a treat, it’s even better. Because when you can cheat without the guilt, have chocloate, AND get your protein without all the added bad stuff, life is just that much better.
I LOVE chocolate, and I have a HUGE sweet tooth! So this chocolate protein mousse is something special.
A decadent and silky smooth chocolate mousse I love, because…
It’s chocolate
It’s high in protein – 11g per serve
Contains 70% less fat than standard store bought mousse
16 ingredients in store bought mousse (including preservatives, emulsifiers, thickeners and stabilizers) compared to 6 ingredients in this protein mousse
It’s dairy free, gluten free, and vegan
You can make it in less that 5 minutes!
