Breakfast is my ultimate FAVORITE meal of the day! I love to wake up early, make my breakfast, have my coffee, and know that I started the day RIGHT with something healthy. And this healthy french toast recipe is so simple. I’ll double, triple, or quadruple it to make breakfast for the week, freeze it, and that way it saves me time on cooking and clean up. Meal prepping is key. You will soon discover that once you get this clean eating thing down, and I’m happy to help you with that. The good thing here as well, even the kids LOVE this. It tastes great, it’s flavored with just enough sweetness to satisfy that sweet tooth, AND it’s completely GUILT FREE! Food doesn’t have to be bland and tasteless to be healthy. Spice it up 🙂 (I’ll help you with that too!)
