Lemon Garlic Herb Chicken

Ingredients:

  • 1 lb chicken tenders, organic
  • Himalayan salt
  • Ground pepper
  • Granulated garlic
  • Coarse ground garlic powder with parsley
  • Dried or fresh herbs
  • Juice from 1 lemon
  • Drizzle of olive oil

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Lay out chicken tenders in a pan and drizzle with olive oil and pour lemon juice over chicken.  Then sprinkle with salt, pepper, granulated garlic, garlic powder, and herbs.  Bake in oven at 325 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.  Enjoy atop a salad or as an entree with veggies and/or brown rice.
