Cafe Latte Almond Butter Protein Balls
I’ve been eyeing this recipe for awhile now and finally dug in and made them. It’s a quick and easy recipe, too. Plus, if you have a sweet tooth (like me!!) then these are a great go-to dessert or even snack that is guilt-free. Your entire family can enjoy them without all those unhealthy ingredients and preservatives. If you’re gonna cheat, may as well cheat clean, right?!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup all-natural smooth almond butter
- 1/4 cup raw honey
- 3/4 cup dry old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1 scoop Cafe-Latte Shakeology (don’t have Shakeology, let’s talk!)
- 1/2 cup raw sliced almonds
Directions:
- Combine almond butter, honey, oats, Shakeology, and almonds in a medium bowl; mix well with clean hands or a rubber spatula.
- Shape mixture into 24 walnut size balls; place in airtight container.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
