Fresh Baked Alaskan Salmon
Ingredients:
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 tsp extra-virgin olive oil
- 1 Tbs chopped fresh basil
- 1/4 tsp Himalayan salt
- 1/2 tsp herbal seasoning blend
- 1 Tbs fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbs chopped fresh parsley
- 1 (6-oz) salmon fillet, wild caught
Directions:
- Combine garlic, oil, basil, salt, seasoning blend, lemon juice, and parsley in a small bowl; mix well. Place salmon in a shallow dish; pour marinade over salmon. Marinate for 20 minutes, turning once to get marinade om both sides.
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Place salmon on a piece of aluminum foil. Cover with marinade; seal.
- Place sealed salmon on baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, or until salmon flakes easily when tested with a fork.
