Protein Power Bowls
Who loves acai bowls? We had been going to Nekter A LOT, and I just became O B S E S S E D with their protein power bowls, BUUUUUT they’re a bit pricey.
So the only logical thing is to make your own, right? So here’s what I do for my bowls….
Ingredients for acai portion:
Individual acai packs (we get them from Costco)
1/2 cup Greek Vanilla Yogurt
Vanilla protein of choice
1/4 cup mango juice
1/4 cup guava juice
1/4 of frozen banana
ICE, LOTS to make it thick. (You don’t want a runny bowl ha ha)
Toppings:
Strawberries
Blueberries
Sliced bananas
Granola of choice
Spoonful of PB.
