Rosemary Cashews

One of our favorite ways to eat nuts is with a little sweet and a little spice.  These rosemary cashews are perfect for the holidays, make as a gift, bring to an event, make to have around the house, or prepare if you just need to get your kiddos eating healthy fats with nuts.  Super simple, tasty, and a perfect side dish to any meal.

Ingredients:

  • 10 oz cashews
  • Sprinkle of Cayenne
  • 1 tsp brown sugar
  • 1/2 TBS butter, melted
  • 1 TBS fresh minced rosemary
  • 1 1/2 tsp Himalayan salt

Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Spread cashews on abking sheet.
  • Roast cashews for approximately 5 minutes.
  • In a large bowl, combine cayenne, brown sugar, butter, rosemary, and salt.  Mix well.
  • Thoroughly toss warmed cashews with spiced butter and serve warm.  Enjoy!
