Peanut Butter and Chocolate Ice Cream
When I eat ice cream, it’s going to be Haagen Daaz. “WHY? It’s the most fattening ice cream out there!” Yes, it may be fattening, but here’s a secret: Take a look at the ingredients. They’re all real ingredients. Nothing fake. Now compare to the ingredients of other brands, even light and low fat brands…..can you pronounce them? Didn’t think so. But check this out! Peanut butter and chocolate ice cream that’s good for you! Believe it! This is the ice cream you’ve been waiting for. It has only 4 ingredients, and takes less than 10 minutes to make, plus freezing time.
Ingredients:
- 1 medium banana, cut into chunks
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 scoo[ps Chocolate shakeology
- 2 Tbs all natural smooth peanut butter
Preparation:
- Place banana in plastic bag; freeze for 4 hours, or until completely frozen.
- Place almond milk, bananas, Shakeology, and peanut butter in blender (or food processor); cover. Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately.
