Chocolate Shakeology Pudding

We all love chocolate…well, most of us.  How about some healthy chocolate with some Shakeology pudding?

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 scoops chocolate Shakeology
  • 1 ripe medium avocado
  • 1 medium banana cut into chunks
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice

Directions:

Place Shakeology, avocado, banana, almond milk, and lemon juice in a blender and blend until smooth.  If it’s too thick, add more almond milk.  Pour into 4 dessert cups and refrigerate for at least 1 hour.  Enjoy!
